Shipping policy

Orders are typically shipped directly from our New York warehouse, with an average delivery time of 3–6 business days. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing.

During periods of high demand or temporary inventory shortages, some orders may be fulfilled from our overseas warehouse to avoid longer delays. In these cases, shipping times may extend up to 10 business days. 

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
